		<description>Thanks for this article. As an overweight person, I know all the bad things being overweight is doing to my body, but, as your article pointed out, losing weight is not just about pushing away from the table. As a kid my parents let me drink Cokes instead of forcing me to drink water. I think the gallons of sugar in Coke build up an insulin resistance in my system and now it is very difficult to lose weight. I can do it if I cut out almost all carbohydrates, but the moment I start eating them again, the weight comes right back.
