The main problem of our body is toxins; they can cause serious health problems and can lead to the installation of various diseases. The main organs that detox your body are the colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, skin and lymphatic system. The colon is the first organ to be neat but otherwise can become the source that contributes the most to the pollution of the body and overloading it with toxins.
Where do toxins come from?
Modern man, because of unnatural food, consumes annually 4 to 6 lbs of food additives: chemical dyes, emulsifiers, taste stabilizers, preservatives. As if it was not enough, most foods contain residues of pesticides, herbicides, nitrates and other carcinogenic substances. Cosmetics (creams, deodorants, shampoo) give another 4 to 6 lbs of toxic substances. Water, air, soil is contaminated with solvents, with exhaust gases, dioxins, heavy metals, volatile substances, etc.
In these conditions, the detoxification of the colon is a necessity and the most important step towards detoxifying the entire body. In the folds of the colon, diverticulum, or directly on the walls there is rotting debris that can accumulate for years. These residues can irritate the bowel walls, producing excess mucus. This mucus, which occurs initially as a defensive reaction to irritating factors, can accumulate over time and transform into a mucoid plaque that affects the absorption of nutrients, contributing to constipation and even to the auto-intoxication of the body.
Auto-intoxication, a real threat to health!
Auto-intoxication represents the recirculation of the toxins in the body that results from faulty digestion and not eliminating toxins in time. This creates an imbalance of the intestinal flora with serious effects on immunity. This imbalance can also be induced by abrupt weight loss and by using a fast diet, diets that do not supply the necessary amount of nutrients.
A study made in Britain, on people aged between 35 and 55 years revealed that 95% of subjects had at least one auto-intoxication symptom: tension, stress, paleness, constipation / diarrhea, chronic fatigue, head and back pain, bloating and flatulence, indigestion and nausea, bad taste in mouth, halitosis, and unpleasant body odor. Auto-intoxication is most common because of incomplete digestion, disruption and intestinal flora, especially because of chronic constipation!
