Ways to Protect Your Treadmill

There are a few ways you can protect your treadmill. For the exterior you could use a treadmill cover to keep dust and other things off your treadmill which will save you from excessive cleaning. In the interior of your treadmill, the most important part is the motor and protecting it by keeping it properly lubricated is the key to a lasting exercise machine. Then there is the treadmill equipment mat which goes under the treadmill between the machine and the floor. It will help protect the overall body and frame of the treadmill from over exposure to shock and abuse caused onto it by itself.
