Colon cleansing is one of the most popular methods of detoxification and most therapists use this method to remove toxins from the body. The colon has its own ability of eliminating toxins inside the body but if these harmful substances continue to enter inside the body, our colon will sooner or later not be capable enough of restoring bodily function. The vitamins and nutrients will not be fully absorbed by the body as these toxins are blocking them. Toxins can cause lots of problems such as headache, constipation and even colon cancer.
