Yes, it is absolutely positively true. The function of the mind when used correctly is to get one to the goal that they have set. Knowing this allows us to feed our mind the tools necessary to cause it to get to that goal. One way is through visualization. You may be thinking, are you serious? All I want to do is lose weight and you are talking about my “mind”. In the “changed” words of Tina Turner, “what’s love the mind have to do with it?” The answer is “everything!” Still not convinced?
