The markets are filled with fake and less fake products that are supposed to make you ripped in just weeks. The problem is that so many people are overweight and desperate, that these companies marketing unrealistic dreams, are actually making quite good money with their business. In reality most of the products and weight loss supplements don’t really work as promised or at all. This is something that reliable companies are trying to struggle against, but as it seems, it is easier to buy a product that promises the results that you want, instead of a product that has a label which says it will work if you follow a healthy diet and do a little exercise while you use the supplement.

Green tea is one of the products that has been working quite a long time – the Chinese have been using it for many purposes for thousands of years. Green tea weight loss tablets are actually one of the most potential supplements there are but even so there are hoaxes that contain little or no EGCG – which is the compound in green tea that produces the results. This has lead to a lot of people thinking that it is of no use, and that they should instead use some of the controversial supplements that cost a lot more.

Money is another factor that see as an important factor in choosing their supplements. Green tea tablets are quite cheap and even though there are differences between the different products in quality, if they contain EGCG they produce some results – it is just a matter of dosing. Unfortunately people don’t want to get a cheap supplement, because they won’t believe it works. For that reason alone there is a lot of companies that are selling capsules filled with fillers and not much active ingredients – and then just charge a huge price for it. They do make nice money from this, but at the cost of the consumer who automatically assumes that if you pay more you will get faster results – especially if the bottle says so.

Green tea tablets are a great supplement to use for weight loss, but you need to remember to check out the amount of EGCG in them. A good starting point would be to find a supplement that gives you at least 500mg per dose – you will take this three times a day for optimal results.
