2) Drink green tea in when you are not in the mood for water and in place of coffee and other teas. Green tea is known to be effective in weight loss.
3) Take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before every meal.
4) Reduce meal portions.
5) Eat more meals a day but make them smaller meals instead of eating two or three large meals.
6) Exercise. Be sure to include cardio and weight lifting in your routine. Walking and swimming are two great exercises to get you in shape.
7) Eat foods that are high in fiber. Fiber flushes out toxins and makes you feel full so you will not overeat.
8) Join a gym or recruit a friend as a fitness partner to help you stay motivated and give you a reason to get out and exercise!

Of course, there are hundreds of other little things you can do on how to lose weight quickly but the ones mentioned above are proven to be effective and starting with these will ensure you see results quickly.
